Shipping
We only ship within the contiguous U.S. at this time. We apologize, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO address. Every product includes an estimated order processing time in the item description, which is the number of days before the item leaves the warehouse.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are made specifically for you by the artisan, and your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. Custom orders are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged.

TAX
Purchases made with a Florida billing address will be charged 7% sales tax. Backorders
If a popular item has sold out, we will sometimes accept backorders as a courtesy to our customers. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is preparing to ship, but this reserves the item for you. The estimated date of arrival specified on the item description is an estimate and often changes, as we are usually waiting for product to arrive from overseas. Please check back periodically to see if the date changed. We have the right to cancel backorders that are approaching or exceeding 90 days. You may cancel your backorder at anytime before shipping with no penalty. If your credit card expires before the item arrives, your backorder will be voided and you will need to re-order. If you use PayPal, you will be charged at the time of ordering.
