Q. Do you ship to Canada? Do you ship to Austrailia? Do you ship to Alaska?

A. Sorry, we ship only within the contigious US at this time. Additionally, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Q. When will my puzzle stool arrive?

A.  The normal order processing time is stated on the item description page under the “Availability” heading a couple lines above the “Add to Cart” button. Depending on which puzzle stool you ordered, they can have a lead time of anywhere from 3-8 weeks. The puzzle stools are made upon order and they are worth the wait! Please check the page for the item you ordered. Normal lead times may be delayed during the busy holiday season.

Q. I just found your site now and see that I’ve missed the Christmas cut off date. Is there any way I can still get a puzzle stool for Christmas?

A. Most likely, no. Our woodworkers will complete all of the puzzle stool orders that arrived by the cut off date first. It is possible that some orders will still make it in time, but not many. Sorry, but no you cannot pay extra to still get it in time.

Q. Do you have a coupon code I can have?

A.  We do not have coupon codes available. We try to keep our step stools priced as low as we are able to everyday.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from various warehouses all over the country. If you are trying to determine when you will have an item, please contact us with the item name/number and shipping city and state so that we may provide you with an estimated arrival date.

Q. I went to the website to check on my order status. It said I don’t have any orders, but I do. What’s going on?

A. If you did not create an account at the time you placed your order, you will not be able to see your order information online. You will receive an email when your order ships.

Q. I added an engraved message to my puzzle stool order. When I see the order confirmation, commas and parenthesis are there that I did not add. Why?

A. When our system processes the order, it separates each option with a comma and encloses the entire set of options in parenthesis on the order confirmation.Your message is engraved exactly how you type it in and the commas and parenthesis shown on the order confirmation are not included.
